esp@cenet provides the following tools to help you find what you are looking for:

• A search form to enter criteria that the patents must match.

• Query Language operators to broaden or narrow the extent of your search.

• A results list of matching records to determine if the search engine has found what you are looking for.

The esp@cenet network is a collection of interlinked Web Sites, which enables users to search for information in patent documents by using the bibliographic information that can be found on the front pages of patent documents published around the world.

Searches can be performed by entering simple search criteria in an easy to use search form to obtain a simple list of patent publications as result.

For every listed patent publication, it is possible to view the bibliographic details, the abstract, full text and images of a document (whichever is available) by clicking on the patent number in the results list.
